  • I) How do I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?

    Orders are processed very quickly. If you change your mind once your order has been submitted, please "contact us" as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accomodate your request. If an item is shipped and left our facility it can not be stopped. The order would then need to be returned to us once the appropriate procedures have been met. Please see our "returns policy" for further information.

  • II) Will I receive a confirmation that my order has been processed?

    For all online orders an order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. Your confirmation will include an order number that you can reference to track your order if you have any future questions. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of processing your order please "contact us".
