• I) What payment methods do you accept?

  Only credit card payments are accepted for on-line orders. These include Visa and Mastercard only. Please note that your credit card statement will appear as Jt's Top Shop Inc.

• II) Can an order be shipped COD?

  All order must be paid for in full by credit card prior to leaving our facility. No COD orders are accepted.

• III) Why are the prices different in your retail store?

  As a walk-in customer to our retail store you may find prices are not the same as posted on our internet site. Our warehouse has streamlined order processing for online orders which enables us to provide excellent prices. As a walk in customer you are supported by a customer service person to answer all you questions and help find the right product for your project. This is an added feature of visiting our store.

• IV) What currency is my order invoiced in?

  Orders are invoiced in Canadian dollars. Although we have provided the option to view the estimated currency convertion of each product in other currencies , your order is billed in Canadian dollars at the rate your credit card company posts at the time of processing.
