  • I) Shipping methods

    Jt's Top Shop Inc. uses Canada Post and UPS to ship orders. When you "estimate shipping", the lowest priced shipping method will be quoted. However, when you are completeing your order you can select from multiple shipping methods based on your requirements.

  • II) Can I estimate the costs of shipping before I checkout?

    Yes, you can easily get shipping estimates for the contents of your cart at any time. Just enter you Postal/Zip code and click the "GO" button. When you "checkout" you can fine tune the shipping by selecting your preferred method based on shipping costs or shipping time.

  • III) When will my order ship from your warehouse?

    Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. We make every attempt to ship orders on the day they are received. However, some items are in high demand during certain seasons and may be put into a backorder status. You will be notified during the ordering process if this has occurred.  We will make every effort to keep you informed about orders which may take a little longer than normal to ship. We will contact you via email to advise you of a delay and any further information we have.

    All orders are fulfilled and shipped between Monday and Friday - excluding Canadian holidays.

  • V) How do I trace my order? I hasn't arrived.

    You will be provided with a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can then inquire by tracking number through the carrier you have chosen to ship your order. Orders shipped by
    Canada Post can be traced at http://www.canadapost.ca/segment-e.asp
    and orders shipped by
    UPS™ can be traced at http://www.ups.com/canada/engindex.html

  • VI) Making a claim for failed guaranteed delivery

    A claim for a failed guaranteed delivery standard must be made directly with JT's Top Shop Inc. via the contact us page or by telephone at 1-800-958-5856 with 10 (ten) business days of the shipping date. A shipping confirmation acts as the date of shipping from our warehouse. JT's Top Shop in turn with submit a claim to the carrier in question. If the delivery claim is accepted as failed, once processing has been completed by the carrier, a credit will be issued directly to the credit card used to place the original order.

  • VII) Can I ship to a P.O. box?

    Shipments can be sent to valid Post Office boxes. You must choose Canada Post as your method of shipping. When you set up your account information, your "billing" information must indicate your physical street address and your "shipping" information will be your Post Office box number. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • VIII) I have my own shipping account number, can I use it?
