  • I) Why Register as a customer?

    In order to process your order there is certain personal information that is required to complete the shipping process, such as name, address and credit card information. This information is stored on our secure server. Your personal information and data is SSL Secured through COMODO™ with 128 bit encryption. Please view our Privacy Policy for complete details. Storing this personal information allows us to better assist you with inquires pertaining to your order. When you return to our site, all your personal information can be retrived with your email address and password.

  • II) What if I forgot my password?

    If you forget your password when you login, press the "Forgot Password?" button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and then press the "Submit" button. Your password will be emailed to you automatically. You can also contact us and provide us with your email address, name and telephone number and we will reply with your password.

  • III) I see a coupon code box? Can I get a better deal?

    Several times a year JT's Top Shop.com sends promotions and newsletters to its registered customers. Watch for special promotions and discounts.

  • IV) I can't find the part I need from your inventory list; does this mean you can't supply this part to me?

    No. We can source pretty much any boat top part or material in the business. E-mail us the particulars and we will do our best to locate a manufacturer.

  • V) What is your Backorder Policy?

    If an item is out of stock and backordered for less than five business days we will hold the entire order to ship it complete. If the backordered item is expected to take longer than 5 business days, we will ship the items that are in stock and ship the backordered items when they are in recieved at our warehouse.(you will not be charged any additional delivery fee if a backorder must be sent separately).
    For foreign shipments, we will hold your order for up to 7 business days in order to ship everything complete. Should an item on your order take longer than 7 business days for us to receive we will notify you by email. We can either continue to hold your order until the backordered item(s) have arrived or we can delete the item(s) from your order and ship it immediatly as per your instructions.
